Procedures are done in the office and at a number of institutions including California Pacific Medical Center, St. Mary's Medical Center and Seton Medical Center in San Francisco. Dr. Mosser has dedicated himself to his patients, and strives to remain at the front of the changes and new technologies of plastic and cosmetic surgery.
